We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on www.woodfeather.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. Also, since all our products are made by hand from natural wood slight variations in colour and shape are natural and cannot be deemed unsatisfactory.
Since every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns, unless the product was received in a damaged condition. We check every product before shipping and have custom packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if upon receipt of your order, you find the product damaged, please write to us in less than 24 hours of receipt. And we will provide a replacement for the same. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
All the items should be returned new and unused as Woodfeather holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
